Weekend!!!! Dear readers, I am so happy it’s weekend time. Not the face-plant-on-the-desk-thank-goodness-it’s-Friday kind of happy, more of a lazy-stretch-snuggle-up-in-the-covers happy. Completely different. What’s so special about this weekend, right? It’s the start of Andy’s birth-week. Since I work at a CPA’s office, I can’t always take off to do a big trip this time of year, but I want to make sure Andy still has a special birthday. So I came up with “Birth Week”, a whole week full of surprises, silly gifts, and the things my baby loves best. He loves it, and I love that he loves it, so it works out well. All that and I have a baking date with my friend Rachel at her new home! Hooray for the weekend!
